Every piece is handcrafted to order. Quality takes time, so please allow an average of 2 weeks for production. Once your rug passes our final inspection, shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance if you have a specific deadline.
Are purchases final sale?
Because each rug is a 1-of-1 custom commission tailored to your specific design, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Can I order a design from the site in a different color?
Absolutely. If you see a design you love but want to "cool it down" or swap the palette to match your space, just reach out. Most of our catalog pieces can be color-customized to fit your specific vision.
